Youth Performance Program

Hosted by Coach Stevo | Ages 12-18 | Held at Domingo Baca Park

This summer, Outrun Fitness is proud to offer a dynamic 4-week Youth Conditioning Program designed to help kids improve their athletic performance, build healthy habits, and have fun while staying active.

Whether your child plays sports or just loves to move, this program provides a solid foundation in general fitness and conditioning, with optional sport-specific plans tailored to their individual goals.

Program Overview

  • Duration: 4 weeks (2 sessions per week)

  • Schedule: Summer 2025 (Exact dates TBA)

  • Session Length: 1.5 to 2 hours per session

  • Location: Domingo Baca Park

What Your Child Gets

  • Moderate to vigorous workouts focusing on strength, speed, and agility

  • Rotating activities: agility ladders, tire flips, cone drills, slam balls & more

  • Hydration and healthy post-workout snacks (allergies accounted for!)

  • Take-home workout calendar with small daily goals and fun challenges

  • Prizes for top 3 in homework completion & attendance

Program Includes

  • 15-minute dynamic warm-up

  • 1-mile run (or more as the program progresses)

  • 45–60 minute performance-based workout

  • 20-minute cooldown: walking + stretching

Bonus for Parents

All parents who enroll their child will receive one free personal training session with Coach Stevo! This includes a 1-hour fitness assessment - because your health matters too.

About Coach Stevo

  • NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • Specializes in Corrective Exercise & Athletic Development

  • 9+ years experience | Fully insured, licensed, and CPR certified

  • Up to 2 certified trainers on-site for optimal supervision

Parental Involvement & Safety

  • Emergency contacts and medical/allergy info collected at registration

  • First Aid Kit available at all sessions

  • Ongoing parent communication through a secure messaging app

  • Fun photos and updates shared regularly!

  • Parents welcome to stay, watch, and cheer! Bring chairs, snacks & shade!
